Our Technical Skills training program for tradesmen is aimed to enhance the competence level of the Blue-collar workers by focusing on the key elements of performance i.e. HSE, Quality & Productivity.
Our training is very well designed to help the workers learn systematically both the knowledge & application techniques of the different trade activities, the modules are structured in 80:20 ratio to enable the trainees experience a truly integrated learning methodology in the form of concepts of lean construction, methods, techniques and technology.
